Our building has a black awning with the numbers 1836. We are located on the dock level. There are stairs on the left side of the building that lead you straight to The Beverly through a locked gate. We are the first door on the right - Suite 106.. We will have signs on the street level to guide you to our office. 

There is plenty of parking right outside our building. Find a spot, download the PaybyPhone app, and park for only $1.50 per hour. After 4pm and on weekends parking is FREE! 

The boat can accomodate up to 10 people but is most comfortable with 6-8 people. 

YES, if you are over 21 years of age some of our tours include a complementary glass of champagne or beverage of your choice. However, if you want to bring your own alcohol, you must book a private rental and our event planning team will coordinate the details to make your party is a success.
